PROJECT OBJECT

OBJECTIVE

To develop a DATABASE ACCOUNTS PACKAGE for business Corporations and commodities.

FEATURE OF SOFTWARE

Users are facilitating for quick view of their employees.
Corporation can also save records of their working employee, such as their salary, qualification, destination and personal information.
For hiring new employees for jobs, company can store information about the applicants.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly market analyses can be done by only inputs of amounts.
Store information of Clients, such as their category, addresses, nature of dealings.
Delete any un-waste records from the files.
Searching for any record is an asset for the software.

 DESINGNING

Database Must Must is developed on C and C ++ language Compiler. It can run on DOS Versions 2.00,6.00,6.22 and Windows. User can install in his computer at his drive prompt. Language syntax and its complexities are well studied by Us before the development of the software.

REQUIREMENT

PERSONAL COMPUTER

 The basic and major requirement of the software is:

 The user owns a computer in a running condition.

 Mother board which contains the Microprocessor

RAM, ROM, VGA card, that can be plugged into the expansion slots on the mother board.

MEMORY

Memory is where the information and instructions are stored. Mother board should have atleast 4 MB RAM .

FLOPPY DRIVE

Following types of Disk Drives are necessary :

size density capacity

5.25’’ high 1.2 MB

3.50’’ high 1.44 MB

VERSIONS

Already installed any operating system, that is DOS version 5.00 or 6.00 or 6.22 or WINDOWS 95.

If user doesn’t have hard disk he/she have to boot his computer first and after booting he/she can now be able to run the software.

Having already hard disk in the mother board  user have to only copy the software from the floppy disk to his hard drive path.
